Private Sessions
are simply the best way to experience Pilates. Sessions are done one-on-one with a Pilates instructor tailoring the session to fit the client's needs and abilities to ensure the best possible workout. Any and all Pilates equipment may be used during a private session.
Introduction * $45
30 minute Private Pilates: $45
60 minute Private Pilates: $70
Series of 5 (30 mins): $175
Series of 5 (60 mins): $325
Series of 10 (30 mins): $325
Series of 10 (60 mins): $600
* The 45 minute introductory pilates session teaching the fundamentals of the method Pilates. Introductory Sessions/Classes are limited to 1st time clients.
Semi-Private
Sessions consist of two individuals working together with one trainer on Pilates equipment. Individuals may request working with a specific friend or partner otherwise the studio will match up individuals based on level and availability*. Private sessions are highly recommended but not required before starting semi-private sessions.
$45 per session per person
Series of 5 (60 mins): $200 (40 per session per person)
Series of 10 (60 min) : $350 (35 per session per person
*The studio cannot guarantee a partner will be available.
Pre & Post Natal
FAB Pilates offers private and semi private sessions available for pre and post natal clients. All exercises are tailored to meet the clients individual needs depending on their stage of pregnancy. Click here for more details.
