Private Sessions are simply the best way to experience Pilates. Sessions are done one-on-one with a Pilates instructor tailoring the session to fit the client's needs and abilities to ensure the best possible workout. Any and all Pilates equipment may be used during a private session.

* The 45 minute introductory pilates session teaching the fundamentals of the method Pilates. Introductory Sessions/Classes are limited to 1st time clients.
Semi-Private Sessions consist of two individuals working together with one trainer on Pilates equipment. Individuals may request working with a specific friend or partner otherwise the studio will match up individuals based on level and availability*. Private sessions are highly recommended but not required before starting semi-private sessions.

Mat Classes: Mondays - 7:30pm and Wednesdays - 7:30pm
A class designed for students of all levels based on the principles of Joseph Pilates. Designed to help improve posture, flexibility, balance, core strength and the mind body connection. You will learn how to flow from one movement to the other helping to increase your core strength without unnecessary strain.

Prenatal Pilates A blend of Joseph Pilate’s traditional mat work with a focus on safety through all stages of pregnancy.
1 Class: $18
Series of 8: $120
Strollate: An interval stroller fitness class offered in the great outdoors. Think stroller fitness meets Pilates. We meet at the studio, power walk to a local park, interval train, have a 20 minute Pilates mat class, and power walk back.
1 Class: $18

EXO chair classes: We will take you through the classical pilates exercises and a bit more with the use of resistance tubing attached to the chair to help make more of your session.

~ Specialty Sessions ~
Prenatal Fitness training focuses on helping you to gain strength and endurance prior to becoming pregnant. We also work to maintain your fitness level during pregnancy and help train for the main event (labour). In addition, once cleared from health care professionals, we help you return to your pre pregnancy level.

PilatesStick
This class combines a mat class with the PilatesStick to give you an apparatus like class without the apparatus! PilatesStick is an innovative extension of Joseph Pilates’ work. His goal was to connect people to their bodies and change their lives. All of his equipment was created with this purpose. We have taken his equipment and packaged the experience into this stylish and functional kit. One of our unique features is the contouring fleece straps that synch tightly around your hands or your feet when in use, connecting you to the Pilatesstick. Pilatesstick available for purchase at the studio.
